A great love!!!!!!

Have you ever gotten the feeling that you love something or someone so much that your brain and heart can't handle it all. Sometimes that's how I feel about music. (since I don't have a someone in my life :))

If you really think about it music plays a HUGE part in our daily lives. When you get in the car what do you listen to? Music. (unless you're one of those people who listens to people talking about the economy) When you have something stuck in your head what is it usually? Music. When you go to a concert what do you hear? Music. (that's kinda obvious) When you're cell rings what is it? That's right. Music!

There's a lot of good songs and there's a lot of bad songs. There are medium songs too. I love my Ipod because I can take music on the go. I also love Itunes because you can buy one song instead of the whole album.

I even like playing music. I like, no correction, LOVE playing the piano I like the fact I can make my own music. The song that I'm into playing is Cannon in D I love quick notes and fast fingers!I'll even let you in on a little secret. When I'm playing the piano its like I'm in a whole other world just of music and black and white keys where nothing can disrupt me. All of the world's problems leave me. I liked playing the cello too. The deep rich sound would soothe me and I would escape into music but going into 7th grade I had to give up one elective. It really bummed me.

The point is music is a huge part in my life and that I love it! I just wanted to share that with you.

"The vibrations on the air are the breath of God speaking to man's soul. Music is the language of God. We musicians are as close to God as man can be. We hear his voice, we read his lips, we give birth to the children of God, who sing his praise. That's what musicians are."
This is a quote from Ludwig Van Beethoven in the movie "Copying Beethoven."
Music really is a big deal and it communicates to us on such a deeper level then just words or text.
I'm so sad that you have to give up the cello. It is my favorite instrument ever made. I was so excited when I heard you were learning, and now you have crushed my dreams into rubble ;).
I hope all is well.
